Primrose Hospice and Morplan

Lindsey Tappenden, Internal Account Manager (Charity), worked with Ian to help him plan and set up his entire new store:

"Ian was looking to fit out his new shop on the high street of Bromsgrove. His manager had asked for a 'cake stand' style display and he discovered our 3 tier unit, which perfectly fitted the requirement and makes a perfect first impression when entering the shop. The store is based on a pedestrianised part of the high street so we worked with Ian and the couriers to get the delivery of the shop fitting in a time frame that meant the courier could access the high street. I was thrilled to see how the project turned out and that we could accommodate their ideas and schedule."

How did you come to work with Morplan?

I have worked in retail all my working life and companies I have worked for over the years have used Morplan, so I was keen to use you when I started with the hospice.

What problem or issue were you looking to solve?

We were opening a brand-new large shop in a new format.

How did we help you achieve this?

I had been buying urban and heritage drift from you since 2018 and this time we wanted to buy these items but on a larger scale but also some extras that we had not done before like the Teak and Iron round display unit and the blue city bike table and our other showstopper the Red motorbike stand.
