We're dedicated to providing excellent value. That’s why we are offering our Price Match Promise.
Whether you shop with us in-store, Online or over the phone, when you get the best value on the products you need, your customers are happier, and your sales grow. We're committed to your success, and our Price Match Promise is just one way we show this to our customers.
Here's how it works:
If you find an identical product that's publicly advertised at a lower price by a UK-based competitor, and they have it in stock and sell directly to customers, we'll match that price.

Find another UK based retailer selling the exact same product, in stock and at a lower price.

Email customerservices@morplan.com, including your proof of purchase from Morplan along with your evidence of the product at a lower price

We’ll review your submission and if qualifying, match the price and refund you the difference.
See below for full terms and conditions:
- The competitor's product must be strictly identical to the Morplan product in terms of specification (including but not limited to colour, size, quality, and quantity) and must be in stock at the competitor at the time of the price match request.
- The competitor's price must be a publicly advertised price available to all customers. This excludes prices offered under special promotions, membership schemes, or personal discounts.
- This Price Match Guarantee does not apply to bulk promotional offers, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or vouchers offered by Morplan.
- The competing retailer must be based within the United Kingdom, hold stock within the UK, and sell directly to end consumers (excluding auction websites and online marketplaces).
- Price matches will not be granted against products sold as seconds, clearance items, or as part of a closing down sale.
- To claim under this Price Match Guarantee, customers must email a claim to [email address removed] within seven (7) days of the original Morplan purchase. The email must include the Morplan invoice number and acceptable evidence of the competitor's advertised price (e.g., a photocopy or screenshot).
- The Price Match Guarantee excludes any delivery charges. Morplan's standard delivery charges will be applied where applicable.
- Morplan reserves the right to refuse a price match claim where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorised reseller activity.

Heavy Goods - UK Mainland Only
To ensure that larger or delicate items are delivered to you safely and in one piece, they are required to be palletised and delivered to kerb-side only. This will be mentioned on all products which require our "Heavy Goods" service. Orders which contain products of this nature are subject to a one-off delivery charge of £65 and are not available on Next Working Day Delivery services. All prices exclude VAT. Please note: Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day and delivered the next working day when selecting a Next Working Day Delivery option at checkout.
Back to Back Goods - UK Mainland Only
Back to Back items which require our specialist delivery service are excluded from the 5 working day delivery service as these items require extra care and attention - includes items such as mannequins, mirrors and lockers.
