Whether you are using them in-store, in the factory as a clothing manufacturer or at a fashion show, heavy duty clothes rails are an essential tool to ensure your success.
With key features such as braked castors, verified 200kg weight capacity, a hard-wearing powder coated finish and a bend resistent oval top rail, our Reinforced heavy duty clothes rails are a market leader for reliable, trustworthy clothes rails.
But there's another key feature to mention: we refer to these as 'knock flat' rails, as they are designed to be assembled by one person and to be easy to disassemble when needed, perfect for busy events or shop floors, and for spaces that don't have a lot of storage.
To make things even easier, we have created as assembly guide, broken down into five simple steps:
5 step guide to assembling our Reinforced Heavy Duty Clothes Rails
1. Put the plastic bungs in the upright poles

Top tip -
Push both of them in but don't use force, instead, stand the pole so they face the ground, grip the pole and push down, until you hear them click into place, at which point they should look flush to the pole.
Doing this first before adding the castors makes it easier to insert the plastic bungs

2. Add the castors
- Insert into the plastic bung and push down until you hear a click.

3. Insert the bottom cross bar
- Leave the assembled uprights on the ground
- Align the end of the bar against the connecting point on the upright
-Press the silver press stud, slide it down to where the hole is, until you hear a click
4. Repeat with the second upright
- Leave the completed side on the ground
- repeat the above process again
- Once the upright is situated, simply grab your top end
and lower it to the ground so that all four castors are on the floor

5. Add the top bar
- Hook on the top of the upright bar on one side
- Do the same with the second side, be prepared to have to pull this side towards you slightly in order to slot the final end on
